25Live - Campus Event Management System

What is 25Live? CollegeNet’s 25Live is Norfolk State’s central source for all event reservations and room bookings. This system enables users to view event information and request the use of a location from any computer with internet capability.

  • Sign in to 25Live with your NSU network username and password.

Who can use 25Live?

Anyone with an NSU login will be able to access 25Live. Departmental faculty, staff and two representatives from each recognized student club/organization will be able to request locations and resources. Visitors to the website can view basic event information.

  • Recommended Browsers: Google Chrome is recommended. Internet Explorer is strongly discouraged.

Getting Started

Once you have reached the 25Live home page you will sign in using your NSU network username and password. When you first log in, you will be brought to your Home Dashboard. 25Live will display either the Home Dashboard or the Calendar when you log in based on which one you last used.

‌Calendar of Events

You can also view the Calendar of Events by selecting Calendar in the top right corner. This will display the events for the current day by default. You can click on the dates to adjust the date range.

Media Equipment Requests

All media equipment request (i.e. VCR, TV, Overhead Projector, Screen) MUST be made directly through the Office of Information Technology (OIT) @ ext. 2898 or at least (7) days prior to the event.

Location Requests

Wilder Center Faculty Requests

All facility requests for the Wilder Center MUST be made directly through the Wilder Administrative Office @ ext. 2061.

Scott/Dozier Faculty Requests

All facility requests for Scott/Dozier and/or catering MUST be made directly through Catering Services @ ext 8304.

Robinson Technology Center Requests

Requests for use of Robinson Technology Center must be made through College of Science, Engineering & Technology @ ext 9446.

Fliers and Decorations

Approved fliers are to be posted on bulletin boards only. Posting of fliers and decorations is prohibited on windows, walls (including BRICK), doors and lamp post, etc. Unapproved posted items are subject to immediate removal. Failure to comply will subject the organization to disciplinary sanctions.


ALL food must be ordered from NSU Dining Services (Thompson Hospitality) prior to the event. NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED unless you have obtained a written waiver from Thompson Hospitality. Failure to adhere may result in disciplinary sanction and/or fine and failure to reserve space.

Only Pepsi® products are allowed on the campus. Non-Pepsi products are NOT allowed on NSU campus.

Reservations & Attendance

Remember to keep a copy of your approved request throughout the activity to show upon request by university officials.

Your Student Organization Advisor or designee must be present throughout all activities and events.


The Office of Student Activities requires student organizations to donate 25% of the proceeds to Norfolk State University Office of Advancement Scholarship Fund and agree to pay Campus Police for additional security.

Clean Up

Your organization is responsible for making sure the facility is clean and returned to the original setup. Failure to comply will result in the inability to reserve spaces.
